The Spirits' Book Study - Introduction

Published in 1857, as the first book of the codification, The Spirits' Book was the result of constant and disciplined studies of Professor Rivail, known by Allan Kardec. With 1019 questions and answers, it showed the world that we are never alone. Once for all it answered our deep questions about the afterlife.

Basically, this book talks about the following subjects:
  • The immortality of the soul
  • The nature of spirits and their relations with men
  • The moral law
  • The present and future life
  • The destiny of the human race

It is divided into four parts, which are:
  • Book First - The Primary Causes
  • Book Second - The Spirit-World, or World of Spirits
  • Book Third - Moral Laws
  • Book Fourth - Hopes and Consolations

All of the answers come from spirits of high degree, these answers were collected from various mediums all over the world. Also, some answers are complemented with some considerations by Allan Kardec, which clarify even more the questions.

From now on, I invite you to be part of our study. Leave questions, commentaries and opinions below.
